My walking boot is off, and I’m without any pain in my ankle!!!!! My tennis elbow is still hurting (a lot less though), but I know that it will heal in it’s own time. Just happy to not be hobbling around anymore😅. Consistently icing and ibuprofen really sped up the process when I scheduled it into my day. Just went for a very short gentle walk around the park behind my house, and abs at home. Time for an ice just to be safe😉. Going to be super careful with my body this go around. Less is more in my scenario lol. I tend to want to push and push. Finally learned my lesson!
