Good Morning!!

I have been kinda MIA for awhile, I've been keeping up with everyone else's jounals, but had lost my desire and will to do this for myself. I felt crappy yesterday, somewhat depressed and emotionally, physically, and mentally just spent. I woke up this morning feeling much better and took a look in the mirror and decided I don't want to look or feel like this anymore!! If I want to live a long healthy life with my family I have to do something about this weight, and I have to get going now. Just got done with TOM and I'm done with excuses and Tums!! When I eat right and exercise I very rarely have to use Tums, but lately it's been an every night thing, and most days during the day too. I have to start treating my body better, or it's gonna quit on me and I don't want that. So...I know I've said it a million times before, but it's time to do this thing, kick it in the ass and stop killing myself with food!!

Very glad to have you back! I keep visualizing the six gallons of milk, about 50 pounds, I have left to lose... It's hard to be spunky carrying all that weight!! But on the bright side, I have dropped 3 gallons already! Hopefully putting this in those terms inspires you. (-:
