So I've been gone from here for a few weeks and I'm ready to get back on and find some motivation.
My dad passed away at the end of August and that was a busy and emotional time. It seems like a whirlwind since then.
Now, I'm ready to get back to life as usual, work, school, family, just busy, but that's okay. My daughter wanted to try the Whole30 diet because one of her friends can't eat sugar and told her it made her feel great. My daughter also said she wants to try to eat more veggies and she thinks this will help. I had told her if she wanted to commit to it for 30 days, I'd do it with her. I figure this way maybe she feels supported and does it the right way, no starving herself, or beating herself up if she slips. We can do anything for 30 days right??
Anyway, I'm just getting back to eating right and exercise after the emotional rollercoaster of the last few weeks. I hope everyone else is doing great!!
