Kim4dogNite's Journal, 12 Sep 18

Yesterday was my first true day back to Keto. Right now my Rosacea is a bit calmer and my eyes are burning less. It will be interesting to see what will happen by the end of the day. They are still dumping toxic algae from Lake O into my area. Not sure if this flare is environmental or food related. Possibly a little bit of both.
On the menu today is swordfish steaks and NY strip steaks. Some greens mixed in for color. :)
Have a great Wednesday!!

I would guess both. Allergens, etc., are additive for me.

We are thinking we might have to move away from the river. When I was in NY my allergies and Rosacea calmed down. The difficult part is trying to figure out where to go.

allergens are a pain. did you ever get allergy tesing, if there are limited foods causing you trouble it can help a lot just to reduce the symptoms and maybe manage where you are currently at.

I did for food 2 years ago. It was very random and expensive, Florida blue was not that good with it. Maybe time for airborne testing.

did things come up?? and if they have tests for airborne it would be a good idea especially if they can test for molds and spores

Oranges came up. I had very bad airborne allergies as a child. This year has been particularly bad, but the waters around us are bad. I think I am going to request a referral to an allergist. Can't hurt.
