I am out of my favorite tea that I keep at work. I have three boxes of it at home, but thought I had enough at work to carry me through today. NO caffeine this morning... I can't wake up! I drink a double tea bag in an oversized mug every morning and it's astonishing to see how much I depend on it. For some reason my body is going into a carb crave and that will screw me up for the whole weekend, so I'm trying to just be cool and maintain. I want to go home and lay on the couch and binge-watch The Great British Baking Show.

It's embarrassing how long it took me to figure it out, KayBuckaroo. My knees are doing MUCH better now (I walked for an hour last night!) but my left one has different pain. I switched medical plans and doctors and am now scheduled for an MRI so I can find out what's really going on. If it's something that can be fixed, great! I'm on it. If not, at least I'll know to limit certain activities and not reactivate the pain (which I've done several times).
