Fasting a.m. BS = 134; weight = 172.5 Challenge this week end: Going to Lubbock for the Cowboy Symposium, spending week end at SIL's. Must be careful of eating Friday - Sunday. Taking boiled eggs for lunch on the 8-9 hr. drive out. Will just do what I can and hope I don't gain this week's progress back again!
