Took the week end off from dieting. Just enjoyed my Friday supper, Saturday all day, and Sunday all day off. Even had a strawberry milkshake as supper on our long drive home on Sunday afternoon. Tomorrow morning will be my reckoning, and then I will jump right into Beef and Butter again, to undo my extravagant food vacation. The Cowboy Symposium in Lubbock, Texas was interesting, and the week end visit with family was enjoyable! My SIL's late husband was diabetic, so she cooked very diabetic friendly meals, even if they weren't Keto. In fact at bedtime Saturday night my BS reading was 105, in spite of not eating Keto. So my only real cheat was that dessert I ate at Furrs on Sunday lunch and the milkshake supper on the drive home. I do expect to be up a couple of pounds Monday morning, just hope it isn't 3 or 4!!!
