Ever try your hardest and still fail? that basically sums up my first week of this “being healthy journey”.

I started my journey at 322lbs which was the heaviest I have ever been in my life, i started to go to the gym everyday since i started my new lifestyle and i try to eat under 2000 calories a day. today which is about roughly 9 days since i started i weigh 308lbs and that has lead to a couple of questions in my head that maybe you guys can help me answer?
Should be losing more weight per week given i’m so heavy? should decrease my calories for better results? when’s the best time to exercise? when is the best time and most accurate time to weigh yourself to record for your journal?
