thanks for your kind words, i posted that after hitting the gym. i was definitely being dramatic, some people say thats my best trait but whaat do they know lol.. you’re a 100 percent right losing weight is so hard, matter of fact it might be the hardest thing i’ve ever done, i don’t even know how i got here to be honest i feel like one day i just woke up fat as a whale hopefully this app and everyone’s support here can help turn into a dolphin😩😉

You have made a great start. It took me four months to lose 16 lbs. working out at the gym is great exercise. Sometimes you need to give your body a break for a day. Change things up a bit and don’t do same routine every day at same time. Good luck!
