Dairy test in and since I won't have it again for a while I did it well. I really enjoyed my dinner. Now the cheese/sour cream caused serious exhaustion and minor brain fog. So I know for sure that this is a food I am sensitive to and it will effect me. At least it is not an allergic food. So while I will not use it any more during my food testing time, it is something that on occasion I can have. I just have to severely restrict it. It was nice having a different source of fat fuel, my body is not thrilled with beef or chicken fat.

I did still feel tired this morning any a bit foggy brained but I had my 5 hour first thing this morning as I have a lot of catching up to do today since I was so lazy yesterday and it is my heavy resistance work day. I never did get to my total gym yesterday, I put it off until night time and was too sleepy to even try after dinner.

I don't know if it will cause me to retain water or not. I went way over my cardio yesterday to see if I could out work it. this morning my weight was still 128 so I think I will record it. 2 days holding so I think it is a keeper.

I have decided to stop worrying about the rapid weight loss since I switched to this rotation diet. I am not happy about it but it has to eventually level out.

Now in the exercise department, I am trying something new this week. I have been eating a hearty breakfast each morning. Then I have increased my cardio in the morning until I burn off my breakfast and then some. Instead of IF, which I don't eat, I eat as much as I am comfortable with and burn off the calories. this way I fuel my body with what it needs and still enjoy the fat burn people enjoy on the fasting.

This is probably what is helping push my faster weight loss too. No bad for me foods and burning off all my breakfast. Burn all day until I eat again. I also played with splitting up my bike riding sessions, I would burn a couple hundred calories at a higher speed like sprints, go do some tanks, to keep on track of my home work, hydrate a lot and then go back to do another sprint. I did three sprints on the bike this morning. Less time on the clock to burn 700 calories total. and have more then half my tanks caught up!

All in all a good plan. Aldi has a sale today and I am debating running over there to grab some of the ribeyes they have on sale. Probably too late already. People grab everything first thing in the morning. LOL!

I am feeling pretty darn good now, the fog is almost gone and I have been heavily hydrating all morning inbetween exercises. Still not hungry.

oh I got lucky, I grabbed some ribeyes when I went there and then my eyes spied grassfed for a couple pennies more. so I switched up. I am debating slicing them thinner before I put them in the freezer. I hate to freeze steak, but no way I am eating 6 big steaks this week. I will put a dent in them though. LOL!

Is it possible that you are sensitive to some dairy but not all? I can not tolerate milk at all. But cheese, yogurt, butter, and small amounts cream, and of ice cream are perfectly fine. Wtg on snagging some grass fed!

yesterday was the dairy meal, I made chicken nacho's and did not eat the flour tortilla, lots of monteray jack cheese and sour cream. as I wrote above in my dairy super fatigue and minor brain fog that carried over to this morning. Definitely something that effects me badly CrashtestDawnie. Kenna posted a point on Fructans, and there are some cheeses that may make the cut in moderation. I have had problems with dairy since my mom cut off the nursing, could not tolerate formula, so it is not something I outgrew. I went to test parmesan in brick form today and that seemed okay. went to grab some cheddar which is also on the low fructan list but it was all moldy so had to throw it out. Those heavy fructan foods seem to follow a lot of my sensitive foods. Flour, cheeses, etc. Interesting info.
