I think I have a concussion from falling off the wagon so hard. Time to get back going. I'm sure some of this gain is water, drank alot this weekend and ate out alot also, but I'm sure its not all water. Damn it...I was doing so good and I'm struggling right now.

lol, when I first started to read your comment, I thought you had literally fell off a wagon! Then I realized you were talking about your diet, DUH! Don't stress over it--that only makes the losing worse. Just determine that you are now more committed than before and get back in there! I fell off the wagon too, but I changed around my diet, and am back on full force, and I know you can do it too!! I have faith in you! :)
