TGIF! I know you're all with me. I'm so ready for the weekend. No big plans, just cleaning, but ready to get some good sleep I hope.

My son is having a sleepover with a few of his friends on Saturday. We usually end up getting pizza when he has them over because it's just easy to feed a bunch of teenage boys pizza, you know they all can have something they like. They want to have a night of playing video games before school starts next Friday. I'm trying to think of something else besides pizza that they might like and that I can stay healthy eating, but I'm not coming up with anything.

I've been battling hunger all week, so I'm struggling with keeping my eating clean. I'm managing, but I'm afraid I'll overindulge this weekend when I'm home. Hopefully the hunger just gets better, today it seems to be a bit better, maybe I'm over the hump.

I hope everyone has a great weekend!!

Hang tough! The kids want pizza and they deserve that before heading back to school but you don't have to eat it - stay strong and just stay away from where they are eating - good luck!

When we used have sleepovers for our oldest son, they would make their own individual pizzas. If you provide all the toppings, you could simply pick the healthy toppings , add them to some greens and have yourself a nice salad. Also, good idea if you eat before the boys arrive and keep some healthy snacks available for them and you. Like @nikeit said, you don't have to eat what they do. 😊
