Quinoa, tofu and rice stir fry with plenty of vegetables.... very filling 😊

Cook a cup of half quinoa half rice mixture for about 454,g of tofu for 4 portions. Cook the quinoa appart from the veggies and mix in the end with soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce and oyster sauce. For the veggies I chose zucchini, carrots, onions, garlic and mushrooms! :)
