I really do not have a problem with coca-cola but, I'm addicted to sweet things( chocolate, cakes) , so I'll drink these coca-cola, instead

Yes, everything has worked well for me in over a year without the food scale but I want to be more accurate haha

Coke zero is life. Helps me fast just a bit longer too.

I have been doing this for about 18 years. I don’t worry about it when I’m out or at other people’s homes, but when I eat my own food I do weigh (in grams) most of what I have. It just helps me keep fresh in my mind what a real serving of sweet potato or white potatoes or pasta really is. I eat ice cream and I do weigh out 1/2 cup, and 2 tablespoons of Chocolate sauce. No seconds. Period. Cookies-1, real coke -one small 7 oz. can- period. This is a learned behavior and it takes practice. Don’t ever think it comes easily for anyone, but a lot depends on what is motivating you to do it to begin with. Staying alive is a huge motivator as far as I am concerned. After a while it is just a way of life and you don’t even think about it.

Diablo it's a great tool, I am doing OMAD this week, so coca-cola 0 is my almuerzo

Kenna it do will help me, I don't eat spaghetti or ice cream too often but I was guessing the portions of it 😐, I didn't bought it before because I din't want that my family members think I am too obsessed with my weight loss, but now I don't care what others think, I am taking care of myvhealth, and they can do whatever they want with theirs. 0 calories coca-cola are not really healthy, neither does regular ones.

Good job Klein-4. You are on the right track. This is for YOU! I would love to hear how the scale thing works for you. Keep us posted as to how close you were in some of your guesses. I’ll follow your progress.

Kenna, thank you soo much, I'll keep you updated, today I'm creating a 5-day meal plan, chicken, spaghetti and Ice cream are already in my plan,I am doing 5 days OMAD, I do not really need it but I want to prove to myself that I can do OMAD simply because I want to, I did it before but I still find it a little hard

I love my food scale. It shocking how sometimes we are cheating ourselves out of food when we just eye it.
