My new favorite meal is summer squash, cheese and egg. Thank you to whoever started that, I love it! Going to add some stewed tomatoes on top too next time. I have plenty of cheeses and will use them as the main protein and the egg is just enough over the top for a perfect meal. Just occurred to me that I can separate the yolks and make lime pie with them and cook the whites with the cheese for a slightly lower calorie dinner.
I might rent a trailer after next week's vacation, load it up with furniture and then donate it. I have to see about getting a trailer hitch on my new car, my brother assures me it's easy. Or maybe I will make him give me back my truck for a couple of days. Hmm.
Dance tonight - going to dinner with daughter then to the dance, I have been so lazy! Gotta lower my weight on the fitbit app and that will also lower my BMR from there so probably not burning as many calories as fitbit now says I do.
Downward, ho!
