Bianca is sooooo easy. Prepare the stuffing with brown rice black canned beans, onions, corn, spinach, zucchini, lime juice. Cut and clean the peppers. I do mix the rice with a bit of feta cheese. Stuff them and put parmigiano on top. Bake in oven at 425 for 30 minutes
