you have to say sod it once in a while or it just gets boring. look at it as you've enjoyed it and all it will do is add a few more days to getting to your goal. now that isn't worth worrying about is it

Everyone has to treat themselves once in awhile. A long term diet does include occasional treats like chocolate, ice cream or fast food. You'll lose weight slower, but be more likely to stick to it. After years of crash dieting and losing massive amounts of weight, only to regain it, I'm finally trying to do it the "proper" way. 🙂👍
