there are a few of us on here. a good mix of both sexes. I have lost 20 pounds and there are others that have lost a lot more. it is a journey that takes time, just like any other diet. but well worth it.

Hi! 7th week coming to an end. I think I’m down 20#s now. I had already lost 20 in 6 weeks before Keto. Have had some issues but way more positives than negatives!

Been doing Keto since June 8th. Lost 16 lbs so far. Going well just have to be on top of it all the time. Planning and prepping are key.

remember to drink a lot of water, and I mean a lot and you need salt. I also suggest getting magnesium, b complex. I also take calcium, but I need that anyways.

Been on Keto since January 2nd of this year, started at 500+lbs, as of this morning I am down to 386.4lbs. It was hard to start, and if I eat anything sweet my cravings come back pretty hard, but I love it. I feel like its sustainable long term, and I feel 100x better. I am happier than ever.

I have been doing keto about 10 months now. I have maintained weight loss (35 lbs), and brought my A1c into normal range in the first 3 months. This is my permanent WOE.

It is so encouraging to hear how well everyone is doing on Keto! And it also helps whenever someone admits to it being hard to stick with it. When some one hits a plateau and then overcomes it, it makes me realize I can get past it too! Yay for Keto!

Would love to connect. I'm in NH. I started on May 7 and have lost 14 pounds so far. Since starting on FS, about 3 weeks ago I've lost 2 pounds and my official weigh in is coming up, this Wed. hoping to see more fat gone. I do not lose anywhere as easily as I used to, when I was younger and that always makes me upset at myself for not doing this when I was younger. I used to start a diet and lose 8 pounds the first week and 4 every week after, but always went back to junk. Now, its harder and I lose 2-4 every 2 weeks and really work to get that. I do love keto though, especially all the research on preventing diseases!
