Had to make a mad dash last night to where my husband was out of town working this week (a 2 1/2 hour drive) to take him his power cord for his CPAP machine, so just stayed there overnight. Not sure how to log my food - had a Cobb salad, well, about a third of it...this place uses a honey-mustard dressing, not bad but a little spicy, at least for me...had another third for lunch today, and the rest for dinner. So, I guess we'll just call last night and today a cheat day lol - I also had a fat-free sugar free caramel macchiatto after I got back home about 10am. Scale's still down but I'm not recording it till tomorrow morning, since I didn't get on it till about 8 this evening, so maybe I'll make my goal of being somewhere in the 160's by Monday :)
