I decided to celebrate me finally fitting in my jeans from 2 years ago and we went to Ruby Tuesday and I ordered a full dinner. Gosh I am overfull, but enjoyed the meal totally. I got the salad bar with buttermilk blue cheese dressing and I got the Cajun tilapia and shrimp. all within my macros too. Normally I just can not eat that much at one setting. It was my spurge treat for the 17 pound loss. I was 155 when I started this diet.
