It's baked zucchini with Parmesan cheese and olive oil, salad of lettuce, tomato and carrot, I ran out of chicken breast I had to cook two eggs in two cups of black bean soup and I added half a cup of fresh okra and a 1/4 cup of chickpeas

@keilin-4, Wow that seems like a lot of preparation..... It sounds good though... Never would have thought of eggs in black bean soup. As for the okra and everything else, I'm with ya .... mmmm good ! thanks for clarification. Can't wait to see what's next.

Haha I cook my beans at home with water and a little salt, and the chickpeas just with water, they have a lot of calories and carbohidrates ,high in protein too, but it's the tipe of food I love. Eggs in the beans's soup is normal in my country (Honduras)
