jenjabba Thanks. The doctors I listened to yesterday said the plateau will break naturally over an unknown amount of months. When I heard others say it could take 2-5 years, I decided to force through by smaller portions, less fat and Intermittent Fasting.

That’s awesome!! I am also doing a bit of intermittent fasting, especially cutting out breakfast. I never ate breakfast when I was younger and was healthy, then felt like i was supposed to eat breakfast and did for
awhile and gained weight. Never again!
