Wake up to 79.1kg/174.4lbs. New low, and close to first target of 50kg/110lbs loss. Plateau is broken. Heard yesterday that it is common to get to a plateau after eight months of Keto, and it may take many months to break through it.

That's interesting, in a few weeks I'm definitely going to ask the doc how to plow through any plateaus! you've done great!

jenjabba Thanks. The doctors I listened to yesterday said the plateau will break naturally over an unknown amount of months. When I heard others say it could take 2-5 years, I decided to force through by smaller portions, less fat and Intermittent Fasting.

I could be DEAD in 2-5 years! Heck no! lol glad you are pushing through. Theirs got to be a reasonable way and we will find it! Great job!

That’s awesome!! I am also doing a bit of intermittent fasting, especially cutting out breakfast. I never ate breakfast when I was younger and was healthy, then felt like i was supposed to eat breakfast and did for awhile and gained weight. Never again!
