finally seen 140 today been working on it for a while
not a full 140 bug getting close

Atkins works! I lost weight on it years ago, but I kept cheating (really badly) so I stopped losing weight (however, I never gained the weight I lost on Atkins back :)). I admire your dedication and your program. Amazing long term results!
