Lunch got me yesterday. Shoulda never got those fries. Too damn good drenched in that Louisiana hot sauce. The patty melt was alright but it felt like I ate a brick later. Back on my bike this morning and it’s Saturday so I can ride longer through the neighborhood south of here.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
