In 2014 I hit 165lbs. I went down to 143, gave up and wound up back at 158 when I started my diet again 2 months ago.

As of today I have lost 25lbs total BUT 18lbs since 4/28/2018.

I hit a stall that seemed like forever and almost quit. I am so pleased I did not.

No matter which way you choose to do this, YOU GOT THIS!

I am not where I want to be at the end, but I am somewhere better than I was yesterday.
