I take care of my MIL 3 mornings a week. The sweet lady has Alzheimer's and my main task is to get her in the shower (she still cleans herself). Yesterday was a battle. I finally gave up. Boy oh boy did I want a glass of wine after 3 hours of struggling with her.

I refrained.

I am going to start a 3 day IF today. Seems like a plan.

the IF I did last week really helped me get over the hump. I am sure it will do you well. nothing more satisfying than to have something positive to look forward to when you have a tough day
