Was up and down at least 4 times during night with diarrhea -- I thought I had got past that! Very sedentary, as usual for a Sunday with 2 church services. I did well on my diet today, skipped breakfast and had keto coffee.
Ate very lightly for lunch, had Keto coffee with chicken fajita filling, some guacamole and sour cream, no tortilla. I did eat sugar free jello with low sugar fruit cocktail and coolwhip. Ate a cheese stick and some Colby cheese slices. I ignored the dessert table, except for the jello I took. It is getting easier to look at all those rich desserts and not even crave them.

Came home and ate a cheese stick and drank iced keto coffee for final meal. I hope to get through to morning without eating anything more.
