Happy Wednesday!!
Well I have put somethings together and realize that a good nights sleep makes a world of difference on how well I eat the next day. I hadn't slept good Sunday or Monday night and yesterday was not as good as far as eating goes. Last night I slept like a rock and I feel better today and am making better choices. The only problem is the 2 nights I didn't sleep good wasn't because I wasn't trying, I just couldn't sleep, so I'll keep trying knowing it makes the next day so much better!!
