At the school district meeting this evening I was the last speaker but I finally got to say my little speech and it felt invigorating. I am replacing my joy of eating too much food with other activities and outlets. One of my favorite activites are conversing or writing so here I am at 11:10PM enjoying expressing my views and feelings. With effort and determination change happens. TOWANDA!!
