I started lossing weight last Oct. 2011, weighed in at 253 lbs. now I weight 229lbs as of today and I'm feeling good. After being ill for a whole year and not being able to move my torso, breath deeply for all that time without serve pain and no exercise allowed, I'm feeling great. All the yoga classes for pluse size women is great, I can finally stretch my body after a year of none use. I don't mind not lossing the weight quickly, I don't want flabby skin since by lossing to fast. Yeah!
