Day's end and feeling exhausted mentally. Meal I made was yummy and the sausage really hit the spot but feeling like I ate way to much (1050 - 1150 cals) with way to much salt IMO. So I'm listening to the bod and won't be making similar for quite some time and for sure won't be doing it for a workday meal. Back to tuna tomorrow and probably subway salad stuff on Wed for the final move back trip for my daughter.

Going to go for a short walk as the sun goes down, guzzle some water and chill on the porch. Planning on crashing early and sleep through this over stuffed feeling. Did y'all do something to move the ball forward today? I'm sure you did! Keep the faith, and continue to make all the little decisions that drive you closer to where you want to be.
