well I made it. I was worried that I gained because of everything I ate on Christmas but I actually netted out at losing .5 lbs so I am at my goal weight. now to drop a few more so that when I start toning up, the muscle weight wont discourage me.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 17.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
