Down another 4.5 lbs and measurements are down with the exception of three. But overall I have lost 94lb an 58 inches total. I am a happy camper about that.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
