ok ,stickinh with the program, but i'm thinking i need to hit the gym . my thighs look like saggy sticks as do my upper arms . lowerlegs not so much. and still have blubber on my abdomen. don't excect to ever be tight like a young person . but i'd like to not look like i'm melting haha
64.9 kg Lost so far: 29.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

One of the benefits to an exercise regimen=less flab. After the age of 50 the possibility of having sagging skin increases, muscle mass decreases, etc. so I say add some resistance training with cardio. Looks like you've done great in regards to your weight loss. Activity is just as important as WOE in my opinion. You don't need a gym to make this happen. You can do this in the comforts of your own home if you like.

So, I am nearly 62 and I lift weights and do minimal cardio. You can build muscle which eventually will increase your ability to burn calories more effectively and help you lose fat...go for it Buddy!

I've just started a couple of weeks ago working on this very problem. Probably should have started sooner BUT better late than never I guess. Had the trainer at my gym set me up on a program for arms/chest and core. I still do an hour of cardio a day just because I like to...
