same ol, same ol
think i'll try intermittant fast. see if that breaks this stall. nothing else i've tried has done much of anything. and i do not accept that this weight is here to stay.!!!

that is no stall. everything I have read is that between 0.8 and 1.5 pound loss per week is within a very healthy target. keep up the good work.

i have gained and lost the same 2 lbs for the better part of a month even though i've stayed on programexcept for one evening. blaa
