I am not happy at all with only losing 1.5lbs this week. I know that i need to take it slow on losing but i dont do patience well. i wanted so bad to be under 230. i would have settled for 229.75 but nnnnoooooooooo the scales wouldnt cooperate.
104.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 41.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It takes a lot of patience and I keep on telling myself, it did not come on fast, so it needs to take it's time to go and it will!

Man...i tell you...it is the 6th of May and we have a morning temp of about 50deg....not normal for Georgia

although i didnt lose but 1.5lbs this week, i measured my waist and i have lost 1.5" this week. so i guess i can trade the other 1.5lbs that i have been averaging for the 1.5" in the waist.
