I'm very happy as I have reached my goal before the end of April. I still want to weigh 125 the most around next July and then, will be the maintenance program starting as I don't want to go up more than 127 lbs.
59.0 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
