Ok, this feels good. Happy that I surpassed my mini-goal weight of 320. Time to change to the next mini-goal of 310!

It's a shame that it took tonsillitis and not being able to eat solid food for two days to get me over the hump. Haha.

Onward & Upward....or better yet downward!

Well, take it any way you can get it. I'm sorry you are sick, though. Gargling with salt water really can help relieve the soreness. Sounds like we are about the same weight so we can rock on together!

@ny_shelly... thanks for the salt water advise. Been alternating gargling with salt, hydrogen peroxide and diluted apple cider vinegar. Tiny miracle cure for this super nasty throat bug.
