Thx everyone it was delicious. Sorry morningj no actual recipe for this one... I just made plan white rice and covered it with one small cheese slice. stir fried steak n veggies with fajita seasoning. Then topped the who thong with fresh avocado and a dollop of sour cream. KERPING to portion size helps the calorie count. 1/2 rice, 3/4 meat mixture and 1/2 and avocado
