Thank you Glen. Except for Friday, I've been working hard on watching my intake. I'm hoping to be back to my goal weight by the end of this week. We've been going to a local farm to get fresh produce for salads in a move to get away from potato and pasta salads. There's something to be said for produce that hasn't been on a truck for a week before getting to a store.
