Accountability. As much as I wanted it, I didn't need the potato or pasta salads. Nor did I need that extra glass of wine (or two).
67.1 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks - I'm pleased with it. And I'm back-calculating as well. I put in my evening constitutional to see what I have left to work with if I get the munchies in the evening.
