Woke at 217.0, up .4 from yesterday. Targeting 1903 calories today. UPDATE: Came home at 215.8. Had a 'second lunch' when I got hungry at 3 (at the first one at 11). Finished the day eating a selection of nice cheeses for dinner. Hit my calorie target. Slowly gaining each day, which is the mark of the meds I'm on. But honestly, I have eaten a bit over calorie goal each day this week because I ate so little early this month that I had the room. Still on track for August calorie goals.

Despite the weight gain from the meds, you are doing what you need to do to beat that cancer and stay healthy doing it!
