Ok, I decided last night and this morning that today is my new starting point. I am back!!!!! I am getting back on track with my eating regimine and my exercise. I still wont be able to work my upper body much due to my shoulders still not right but thats ok, I will take it slow and easy and not push the weights as much. Hello world, the cold hearted Ice Queen has arrived...lol
