Happy 😃 happy 😃 beautiful Sunday….

So many things to be thankful for…so blessed in my life….and yet we forget….in the fast paced life we have now..well..mine slowed down a lot…but looking back…life is simpler….now….in the slow lane…it’s nice to enjoy life the way it should be enjoyed…

Meals …breakfast and lunch have improved….supper from what I hear is normally not a great meal..I’m fasting at that time..so I don’t eat supper…an advantage…lol….i just smile when they talk about it…

80s today…may is knocking at the door…

Things that have happened for me and my girlfriend…are like wow…we are in synce with a higher power…for some of the things that happen….i see it all the time..but she’s started to see things happening for her as well…it’s amazing….

☕️ is gone..time to get dressed rest of the way..time to head to her room for before breakfast devotions…then breakfast..then church…yes church….i thought i was in synd before going back to church..but since i started back to church…being in sync….has more then tripled…and probably more..everything seems to fall into place now….

Day 8…mostly meat only…

Possibly energy and thoughts to all….

White rice was in my meal yesterday..that they forgot to tell me was hidden in the meat meal…and my body isn’t happy today…took pain pill at 6am…not happy that I had to do that…
