Played lazy yesterday..good Wednesday morning...well I think with the sun sleeping inlonger..that is affecting my wanting to get up an move..never made it on trainer...did go out on front porch to look at grass...was gonna cut it yesterday after lunch time,,but dark cloud rolled over and we had a brief shower...so...job security for today...lol

Weight is up...who cares...part of being human and unable to stay on track with life...

Today’s plan...eat better..ride on trainer...and cut grass...even if I only accomplish one of three...a win..lol

Had my green tea and breakfast...but not with it yet...had almost 9 hours of sleep..and ready for a nap...Innsbruck course on zwift...hate that course...but have almost decided that riding outside might be an occasional thing until shoulder gets stronger...after ride other day outside..it was sore for a few days..I also noticed that I don’t have a lot of strength on right side yet...things that will come back in time...

Want to get in habit of using kettlebell as well...every other day..winter is getting closer...needing to get into a habit of riding/ workouts...easier said then done.

Welp...time is moving on without me...here I sit...

I have lots of lazy days. LOL! Retirement does this. I did mow the grass yesterday and it sure did need it. It was high and still wet underneath, so it clumped in places. Neighbors are at the lake and we are the only ones who see the clumps except for delivery men, so I don't worry about then. Fall is almost here.

Sticking to meal plan...a win so far..just cut grass...another win..11a.m...86...feels like 94...2 0utta 3 so far...there's hope
