Good Saturday morning...put pillow back in bed to rest arm on...not sure if it was the pillow or the 45 minutes on recumbent bike..but slept 9.5 hours...was up to p several time an get a drink..but was able to go back to sleep easy...at 330am...waa hurting an took some ibprophen and went back to sleep...cept for dull pain..feeling rested for a change...

might ride recumbent bike again today...not sure at this time...just had my green tea...and shortly be headed to potty for a number 2....
