It’s been 2 months since my daughter and her baby moved in with us. I’m grateful we can love on them and pray over them during this trial. She’s such a good mom and is always thanking us. I thank God they are safe in our nest as she heals.

Night snacking in the New Year. 😡 Today is a new day and it’s time to turn the scale #s down. Family crisis and added stress over Christmas started my unhealthy eating. Things are starting to settle down a bit. No more excuses for this unhealthy eating.

I feel blessed to be feeling better. I am in weekly counseling that is helping me deal with past trauma. I want to get back to exercising again and it will help with my depression. Time to get back into a healthy routine and stay the course to wellness.

I haven’t been feeling myself for about a year. I thought I dealt with my past trauma using EMDR, but as of late, I know there is more to work on. I had a therapy session with my EMDR therapist from 2021 and he said this is residual trauma. I’m grateful that he can help me. I am praying to get out of this dark hole and get back into the light soon.
