Up a little bit but total weight loss for May is 3lb thats good considering I ate way more than the 1700 calories I wanted to eat and woth knee replacement seems like I stayed a little hungrier but anyhow any weight loss is better than a gain... Have a great Friday and weekend everyone I am out today or tomorrow one looking to buy a new/very good used dryer and new king size mattress...

Had my 3weeks post op surgeon appt yesterday and he said I'm healing great and that he's impressed with how well I am doing and that I am doing very good...All glory goes To GOD FOR THAT AND FOR KEEPING HIS HANDS ON ME AND MY KNEE AND FOR KEEPING ME OUTTA BAD PAIN AND NO INFECTION SWELLING, BLOOD CLOTS AND HAVING A GREAT SUCCESSFUL RECOVERY....
