2 MONTH HABIT..good wednesday morning..couple of days an i hit my 2 month habit of giving up chocolate/candy sugar habit..and like most habits you break ..i think cold turkey is the way to go..if you try an give it up little by little..then you always have that crutch to fall back on..where if you just completely shut down from it..seems easier to quit the habit..or thats what seems to work best for me..

tried on white summer shorts yesterday..was curious why the weight gain an yet..still eating like i should..shorts fit fine..they seem to be snugger then usual just around the fasterner so guessing i put on weight..but not really sure what i ate that i shouldnt have..seems like for me..even though i eat healthier then i ever have..just the lest little thing sets me up for a gain...seems like body is so sensitive to food now ...an what i can or cant take into my system...

rode my trainer again yesterday ..was only 10 miles..but still got a workout in..wanted to go out an take in some sun..but was just to cool to be out in it..today will be even worse..just 47 for a high today..be an inside day except when i go out to drag trash cans back around to back of house..have to put on sweats then..warmer again thursday an friday..teasing weather we are having in march...grass is getting greener..to early to be starting up lawn mowers yet..but ive seen some already out making the yards look nice..

well first coffee latte is gone..an it didnt seem to wake me up yet..feel like i could go back to bed..but not sleepy enough to make it worth crawling back into bed...
