Happy 😃 happy. Positivity Friday…

Who would have thought I was already doing the #1way…..

A change in the morning temps…53 this morning…I walked outside yesterday morning after breakfast…but…probably not this morning..might be inside this morning…

I’m struggling with my eating…so thinking of changing meals from breakfast and lunch…to breakfast band supper…not crazy about the night shift and how slow they are….but need to try something new…could still be stress related….sleep is better…and I’m moving more…well….considering I’m not glued to recliner…I hit stages like this from time to time…something ..I have to work thru…

Figuring it out…part of it all….staying positive..looking for the solution…
